How long does it take to launch a store?
About 30 seconds. Sign in with your WhatsApp number, tell the AI what you sell, and it names the brand, drafts your first products and generates product photos. You can edit everything afterwards.
What is my store URL?
Every store lives at dukaan.fun/<your-slug>. Change the slug in Settings → Store, or connect your own domain (see Themes & domain below).
Can I run more than one store?
Yes. Use the store picker at the top-left of the dashboard to add stores. Each has its own catalog, orders, theme and payouts.
Payments
Which payment methods can I accept?
UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets via Razorpay, cash on delivery, and Stripe or Dodo Payments for international buyers. Toggle each one in Settings → Payments.
When do I get paid?
Online payments settle T+1 to the bank account you add under Payouts. COD is marked collected when the courier remits, and shows in the same tab.
Why does my coupon not reduce the total?
Totals are priced on the server. If a coupon is expired, over its usage limit or below its minimum order value, checkout shows the reason next to the code.
Orders & delivery
How do buyers get order updates?
Turn on WhatsApp automations under Automations. Order confirmation, shipping, delivery and cancellation messages go out automatically with tracking links.
How does shipping get priced?
Set a flat rate, free-above threshold or install the Custom Shipping Rules plugin for pincode-based rates. Whatever the buyer is quoted is exactly what the order charges.
What happens with abandoned carts?
Any cart with a phone number and no order after 30 minutes is listed under Abandoned and, if the automation is on, gets a recovery message with a one-tap link.
Themes & domain
How do I change my storefront theme?
Appearance → pick a theme → Apply. It is live on your storefront immediately; use Customize to change colours, sections and copy.
Can I connect my own domain?
Yes. Settings → Domain, add your domain, and point its DNS at the records shown. SSL is issued automatically once DNS resolves.
Can I edit theme code?
Every theme has a code editor for HTML, CSS and JS with a live preview of your store. Changes are versioned so you can roll back.
Plans & billing
Is there really a free plan?
Yes — free forever, with unlimited products and orders. Paid plans add custom domain, more staff seats, advanced analytics and priority support. See pricing.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Downgrade from Settings → Plan at any time. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Do you charge commission on sales?
No. 0% platform commission on every plan; only the payment gateway's standard fee applies to online payments.
